Taylor Bednarz makes his MMA debut in an amateur fight, Saturday the 29th of February 2020, at DFC X – Night of Champions. Taylor has been working with the team at Trinity MMA for 3 years, refining his MMA skills at BJJ tournaments, inter-club striking events, and fights at Combat Sports Promotions and Knees of Fury.

Taylor is excited to bring his skills to the MMA cage at DFC.

“This is something I’ve been working towards for a very long time. Having the opportunity to achieve one of my biggest goals after taking all the necessary steps…I can’t wait!”

As well as training at Trinity MMA, Taylor has been working with the team at Australian Athletic Centre to optimise his strength and conditioning in preparation for the fight. Diamondback Fighting Championship believes Taylor’s name is synonymous with strength and fitness, and the Trinity MMA team agrees! The Trinity MMA coaching team have noted that in every competitive environment Taylor is prepared and has shown trademark determination.

“I’d like to thank my Head Coach Nick Hughes, Striking and MMA Coaches Jake Chynoweth, Tim Rogers and Anthony Bynoe for being there, helping me and guiding me through the process since the first time I stepped in the gym. [Thank you to] my training partners and everyone at Trinity MMA for helping me prepare for this bout.”

Taylor wanted to thank his parents, Jason and Leigh for their support, as well as The Lodge Fitness Centre and his sponsor Australian Muscle.
